The United Cutlery once created the official swords adorned in the Lord of the Rings. However, these assets were discontinued from production and sales because of United Cutlery bankruptcy. Thus, Kit Rae Fantasy Art Weapons took over production lines for new United Cutlery assets and began sales of new origins of products. The remaining assets prior to United Cutlery bankruptcy will be sold off in preparation for the new product line.

Cline Kadel Bought Out United Cutlery Productions

On January 11th 1989, Cline Kadel bought the company post United Cutlery bankruptcy. Thus, it’s been a knife retail manufacturer ever since. The headquarters for operation and production lines resides in two main locations throughout Georgia. These locations consist of Moultrie, Georgia and Thomasville, Georgia. Since, United Cutlery bankruptcy the company has become one of the largest cutlery manufacturers under Clint Kadel’s ownership.

Since United Cutlery bankruptcy, Kit Rae has been formulated design implementations for original fantasy weaponry for production. The implementation design calls for the production and selling of products related to the fantasy genre of assets. These designs will further develop the business’s financial stability in the market, today.

Certain products under Kit Rae and Gil Hibben design names, such as the Adrasil and other products forming the line of Lord of the Rings assets have been in smaller supply as a result of the United Cutlery bankruptcy suit. Thus, the Lord of the Rings product line is no longer scheduled for manufacturing or production lines.
